Service Agreement

I agree not to place any hazardous waste, refrigerants, tires, flammables, wet paint cans, large loads of concrete and/or dirt in the container.
I agree that dumpster will be loaded without exceeding the height of the container.
I agree to pay all overweight charges should the dumpster exceed specific weight limit, which varies by size.
I agree if dumpster is called for pick-up and dumpster is over loaded (above height of container), there will be an automatic $50 charge. An additional $5 per day charge will also apply until excess materials are removed and dumpster is picked up.
I understand all dumpsters are only to be moved by U.S. Dumpster Service drivers.
I agree when a driver is told to place dumpster in location, U.S. Dumpsters LLC will not be held responsible for any damages caused to drive way, grass, trees, shrubs, etc. by driver during normal operation of dropping off or picking up dumpster.
I agree to pay $5 per day after the 7th day of rental.
